This is an outstanding mid century bombe large chest of drawers. The chest is made of walnut and has fabulous marquetry on the drawer fronts and sides.
The chest has 3 large. All the drawers have original handles and dovetails. This chest is a copy of its 17th century counter part and is obviously a fraction of the price. We date this chest to around the mid 50s.
Overall this is an outstanding piece of mid century walnut bedroom furniture in superb condition throughout.
